These terms apply to your use of boozebattle.fun (“BoozeBattle”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use BoozeBattle.

1. You must be of legal drinking age

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal drinking age where you live if that is higher, to use BoozeBattle. By using the site you confirm that you are.

2. Drink responsibly

• BoozeBattle is a game for scoring drinks, not a reason to drink more. Small pours count just as much.
• Never drink and drive. Plan a safe ride home before the battle starts.
• Respect anyone who doesn’t want to drink. Non-alcoholic entries are welcome.
• Recipes on the site are shared by players and aren’t checked by us. Watch for allergies and know what’s in your glass.
• You are responsible for your own drinking and for following local laws on serving and consuming alcohol.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account.

4. What you post

• You keep ownership of the recipes, photos and text you post. You give us permission to store and show them to the members of your battles so the game works.
• Only post content you have the right to share. Don’t post photos of people without their permission.
• Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, and don’t encourage dangerous drinking or drinking by anyone underage.

5. Fair play

Don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, access other people’s accounts or battles, or manipulate scores with extra accounts.

6. Ending accounts

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@boozebattle.fun. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms.

7. No warranty

BoozeBattle is provided “as is”, for fun. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, including scores and results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BoozeBattle isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens as a result of drinking alcohol, including at events organised using the site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BoozeBattle after a change means you accept the new terms.
